Barlinale, a counter film festival held in Berlin, will be hosting an event at the one and only Cinema Nova here in Brussels. There will be a a screening short experimental non-fiction films from last year’s festival, followed by a moment of collective reflection on the state of independent cinema and distribution in the bar where they will be serving up piping hot bowls of chilli to raise money for their upcoming second edition.
