DRINKING FROM & WRITING ON NATURE

We will explore what nature can give us. During a full day of experimentations we will forage our ingrediënts and explore the way we could drink and write on our surroundings. Joke Caimo from Samenschool will guide us in brewing champagne from Elderflowers. In the afternoon together with Julija Cesnulaityte we will experiment with making paper from the fibers of our foraged plants.

Program:
10.00 - 11.30h: forage walk
11.30 - 13.30h: Elderflower champagne with Joke Caimo
- potluck lunch -
14.30 - 17.00h: papermaking with natural fibers with Julija Cesnulaityte

It would be nice if you would bring some food to contribute to the potluck lunch.
You pas by some elderflowers or others fibers in your daily life? Feel welcome to bring them as well.
