POELP is a space for creation, production and exhibition dedicated to contemporary art. It positions itself as a space for reflection and debate on issues relating to art and society, a place for best practices in terms of remuneration for arts workers, with a view to encouraging professionalisation.
To carry out its mission, POELP develops the following tools:
- rental of three shared studios, a construction studio with a variety of technical possibilities, and a multifunctional space for actors in the cultural and social world.
- programming of two annual exhibitions bringing together two curators and two visual artists.
- development of communication and mediation tools aimed at promoting contemporary creation to all audiences without discrimination based on gender or ethnic, social or cultural origin;
- creation, programming and hosting of artistic and reflective gestures in various fields of contemporary arts (visual arts, digital arts, video, music, performance, performing arts, etc.).
