Summer evening, light breeze and the first vampire-lesbian-vampire film and discussion at au jus

The film is a secret, like so many others to be revealed in due time.

Jump-cut through cinema genres & history; the series will trace the multiple meanings of a horror trope that is both an articulation of men’s fears towards women’s sexuality as it is a campy delight for dykes.

We will explore the strange pleasure of revenge horror and gender subversion, discuss Marxist camp aesthetics of countesses with long bloodlines that sucks dry the servant girl, the death drive and the plus-de-jouir of the vampire mouth.
