This is not about being against other organisations, artists or events. It is about the way public space and cultural opportunities are being distributed, and about the progressive disappearance of independent initiatives from the ecosystem we helped build. Stop The Dangerous Monopoly.

WHEN CAUSES BECOME COMMUNICATION TOOLS 

We also want to question the growing use of pink feminism, safe-care narratives and association washing as communication tools. Feminism, safer spaces, inclusion and care are essential values. They should never become a shield against legitimate questions about access to public resources, programming power or conflicts of interest. Supporting these causes does not automatically make an organisation transparent, fair or independent. Real care also means accountability. Real feminism also means questioning power. Real inclusion also means leaving space for others. We believe these values deserve better than being used as branding.
