SALIVA NIGHT
FRIDAY 10/04
20:00
End: Friday 10/04 - 21:00

At: Metarage

A shared evening of works in progress that we hope will unfold all the way to an exchange of saliva!

Plume Ducret and Garance Debert, choreographers in residence at Metarage, playfully exchange their ways of relating to the world. Plume folds a large sheet of paper, taking us on a journey into an imaginary territory inspired by the lakes of her childhood. Garance embodies various domestic objects, like a polymorphous inner cabaret. Between inhabiting the body and inhabiting the world, this evening opens the Parcours d'Artistes de Saint-Gilles.

Plume and Garance share not only a presentation evening, but also their creative processes, their fragile materials, their unstable forms, and their poignant questions. Through the Metalab and Metaloop residencies, we invite artists to break down boundaries between practices, enter into dialogue, and support one another. We invite you to witness their movement towards a result that becomes indistinguishable from the path itself.
